Description
The dosers are lubrication elements designed for two simultaneous supply lines, one of them pressurized while the other is depressurized, alternating the lubrication cycles thus dosing an adjustable amount of lubricant in each cycle.
Design and principle of operation
Each doser is made up of a 3282X4X.000 base plate and a 32830XX.000 dosing block. Its design offers the advantage of replacing individual dosing groups without having to disassemble the entire system or the pipe connections, as well as being able to use different independent flow rates in each of them.
The base plate manages the entrance of the lubricant, we have the possibility of entering the dosing block or joining outlets to double the flow if necessary.
Each dosing block is made up of a servo piston (A) and a servo (B). The movements of the piston illustrated in fig. 1 shows the operation of the dispenser alternating the feeding of the lubricant when it enters through line 1 or when it enters through line 2.
The supply is made with the two separate outputs, but there is the possibility of internal communication of the outputs, unifying in a single output, thus doubling the flow. Being internal communication, we offer the advantage of avoiding fittings and external piping, thus favoring a clean installation.

Order information
The standard supply is a normal turret with methacrylate cap, NBR gaskets. Bodies in EN 10087-11SMnPb30 with zinc plating according to ISO 2081 – Fe/Zn12/A. You have to choose the base plate and the dosage groups:
